Omowale is the co-founder and CEO of mySenSay. Prior to founding mySenSay, he successfully engineered advanced technology products on industry leading vehicles including Ford Mustang, Ford Hybrid Escape, and Ford Fusion. While at Ford, he was also the co-chair of The University of Illinois campus recruiting team. In this role, he helped recruit undergraduate and graduate students for full-time and internship positions at the company. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA), University of Michigan-Dearborn (MS), and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (BS). As someone who has been on both sides of the table, his goal in founding mySenSay is to simplify the recruiting process for companies and college students.

Tiffany is the co-founder and COO of mySenSay. Prior to joining mySenSay, she engaged over 100 professional service firm employers to identify their entry level personnel objectives and goals ultimately identifying specific programmatic opportunities and organizational partnerships as a solution. Tiffany is a graduate of Harvard Law School (JD) and Harvard Business School (MBA) as well as the Georgia Institute of Technology (BS). Tiffany’s interest in effectively leveraging programmatic design to better connect student talent and opportunity is evident in mySenSay’s goal of making this interaction more beneficial for both parties.
