After graduating from business school, I took the entrepreneurial leap and co-founded mySenSay--a social recruiting community that helps top companies and next generation student leaders make better employment decisions.

Prior to founding mySenSay, I was part of the product development team that successfully brought industry-leading vehicles from concept to market including Ford Mustang, Ford Fusion, and Ford Escape Hybrid.

At Ford, I also recruited talented undergraduate and graduate students for full-time and internship opportunities as the co-chair of the University of Illinois campus recruiting team.

In business school, I gained investment and operational experience while splitting my time between an early-stage venture capital firm and one of their clean-technology portfolio companies.

My passion for continuous learning and development has led to degrees from Harvard Business School (MBA), University of Michigan-Dearborn (MS Engineering), and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (BS Engineering).

Throughout my professional career, I have been excited most by the challenge of bringing new innovations to market and on the leadership skills required to effectively collaborate with diverse teams of engineering and business professionals.

After gaining strategy consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, I co-founded mySenSay--a social recruiting community that helps top companies and next generation student leaders make better employment decisions.

Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, I graduated from Harvard Law School (JD), Harvard Business School (MBA) and Georgia Institute of Technology (BS Engineering).

While at Harvard, I worked closely with over 100 professional service firm employers to identify their entry level personnel objectives and goals ultimately identifying specific programmatic opportunities and organizational partnerships as a solution.

This experience helped me recognize the ongoing challenges for top employers to successfully recruit future leaders. My goal in co-founding mySenSay is to help make these connections more beneficial for both parties.
